Delivery method

Purchases items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for. Delivery can take up to 7 days from date of purchase.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original condition. All items must be returned using a tracked method of delivery.

Returns should be made within 15 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Photographic evidence will be required for damaged goods and we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
